The sticky girth ending at Labour Day had been interned. Spin towards Autumn, discard Summer’s buoyancy and grin at negative thoughts before it gets too cold.

I’m tempted to write this off and say that it’s everywhere, but it seems coherent to me. The synths and percussion feel weightless and summery even when they’re cold and dark. Maybe they match up with my dreams.

Dichotomy / Goin’ Gets Tough

Dichotomy has a new tape out with a couple more songs. I havent heard it yet, and its not fair to review this one, because DIY attitude churned out fucked up tape attitude. The first side is decent, a little bit noisy, because that’s the medium and the way it was recorded. It’s missing both the extreme noise bits and the anti-psych messes, but it’s still listenable, although unremarkable.

The second side was double dubbed. It doesn’t sound like it’s supposed to, but the Dichotomy / Dichotomy mash-up is a interesting novelty side. The doubled-up screaming is a particular treat.
